I then removed all of my CC, and just left the following Mods in their own folder. I chose not to look into this further as I was only testing mods and the above issue was a known issue for me at the time. If you wish to use more than 1000, I would recommend looking at this announcement here, which will explain how to do so. Now, as I tried to load this up, my game did crash (as I did have a lot more than 1000 files).
I will recommend using categorised folders as it makes it more organised and easier to find certain files. You’ll notice that I have quite a few stray files and a lot of folders.
